Se podría pensar que la burocracia, o las series de la burocracia - a veces sin sentido - los procesos que tienen que pasar antes de hacer lo que quieres hacer, es sólo exclusivo de los gobiernos. Resulta que es espantosamente presente en todas las organizaciones, sobre todo las corporaciones.
